Q: Tell me a little more about the construction of the sports rugs.
A: All Milliken & Co. area rugs are made of 100% StainGuard Nylon and are approximately 1/2″ in thickness. They have serged edges to prevent fraying and the backing consists of a tightly woven polyurethane blend.
Q: When will my rug ship?
A: Unless it is in stock, your sports rug will be custom-made to order. This process can take up to 15-20 business days. Once your sports rug ships, it should take 2-4 days to arrive depending on your location.
Q: Which shipping carrier do you use?
A: We use UPS Ground.
Q: I live in Canada/Hawaii/Alaska. Why is my address invalid?
A: Unfortunately, the rug manufacturer does not ship outside of the continental US.
In the past, we have had rugs shipped to our home office in Texas and then re-shipped them outside of the continental US. This will require additional shipping time and fees.

Q: Where are the NBA and MLB sports rugs?
A: Both the NBA and MLB handling their own sports rug licensing, so unfortunately we can no longer offer them at this time. As soon as they become available, we will offer them on MySportsRug.
Q: Why isn’t my Groupon code working?
A: The correct discount code to enter at checkout is the 8-character Groupon voucher code comprised of a combination of letters and numbers (no dashes).
Q: Why can’t I apply my Groupon to an NFL rug?
A: Unfortunately, the NFL licensing team has very strict guidelines which prohibit their sports rugs being sold with a Groupon discount. We apologize for the inconvenience.
